Self-Confidence is developed through Consistency and Competence. You can’t fake self-confidence. At least for not long.
Self-Confidence is not something you are born with and it can’t be taught in a class room.
Self-Confidence is a byproduct of our consistent actions. How do you feel when you stick to a diet for 30 straight days? How do you feel when you don’t snooze the alarm all week? How do you feel when you keep your word to yourself on the things you said you were going to do. You start to feel confident?
Stay consistent long enough and you develop a sense of competence in what you’re doing. You start walking around with your head held high, proud of your discipline. This outward projection, this new presence. That’s self-confidence.
Real self-confidence, is earned.
